  About the Artist: Huihan Liu is a  Master signature member of the Oil Painters of America and an artist member of California art club.He was trained in the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art in China in 1972 with a BA  and MFA from the Academy of Art College of San Francisco in 1989. With more than twenty years of his professional career as an illustrator, teacher, and painter, he won "BEST OF SHOW AWARD" in the Oil Painters of American Regional Exhbition in 1996. His work was featured in Art of the West magazine in May 1997, in the Artists' Magazine in April 1999 and in Southwest Art in April 2000.

About this piece: Land of Snows-Tibet features a Tibetan woman and her two children in a landscape. This is the first piece of Huihan Liu's work that has been published by one the country's top fine art publishing companies, The Greenwich Workshop.
